  • 2-5 desktop computers (including laptops)
  • scheduled visit of our support engineer once a week during work hours
  • unscheduled/emergency visit of our support engineer once a month
  • on-line, e-mail and phone support
  • arrival of support engineer within 2 hours in case emergency situations
  • creating and maintaining of technical documentation
  • consulting on purchasing of equipment and software

IT15

  • 6-15 desktop computers (including laptops)
  • scheduled visit of our support engineer once a week during work hours
  • unscheduled/emergency visit of our support engineer up to twice a month
  • on-line, e-mail and phone support
  • arrival of support engineer within 2 hours in case emergency situations
  • creating and maintaining of technical documentation
  • consulting on purchasing of equipment and software

 

IT30

  • 16-30 desktop computers (including laptops)
  • scheduled visit of our support engineer twice a week during work hours
  • unscheduled/emergency visit of our support engineer up to four times a month
  • on-line, e-mail and phone support
  • arrival of support engineer within 2 hours on emergency situations
  • creating and maintaining of technical documentation
  • consulting on purchasing of equipment and software
