- on-line, e-mail and phone support
- arrival of support engineer within 2 hours in case emergency situations

- 16-30 desktop computers (including laptops)
- scheduled visit of our support engineer twice a week during work hours
- unscheduled/emergency visit of our support engineer up to four times a month
- on-line, e-mail and phone support
